(ISC)2 is the leading cybersecurity and IT security professional organization with thousands of members. They introduced a new learning interface and were seeking a fun way to orient the learners to the LMS. We created a training character named Joe and he guides learners through how to navigate through D2L Brightspace.
Our friends at the Center for Cyber Safety Education and (ISC)2 had some really great data, but needed some help illustrating it in an interactive way. Our Web dev and graphic design team created this one-of-a-kind infographic that drives home the point that Women are an "Untapped Talent" in the world of CyberSecurity. In HVAC and refrigeration, as in many technical fields, it's important for engineers to fully understand the inner workings of the equipment. Our blended approach to this training allowed us to include rich media that exposed otherwise invisible processes. In this animation, learners are given insight into the mechanism that automatically switches a heat pump from heating mode to cooling.
MostCenter.Org is an excellent example of AliveTek's ability to provide end-to-end services. The MOST Center is an initiative of the Environmental Finance Center (EFC) at the University of Maryland School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. AliveTek not only helped to design the plethora of courses available to stormwater professionals in this user community, but we also host and administer Drupal and Moodle instances for a seamless solution. You could say we're the "Host with the MOST."
The American Lung Association offers many resources for creating a healthy learning environment in schools. With the vast number of resources available, the Asthma Friendly Schools Initiative Toolkit can be difficult for busy school personnel to navigate. This video serves as an introduction to the available resources, allowing viewers to focus their time on implementing best practices.
